Decided I'd have a little more fun on Polyvore today, this time styling Ysolda Teague's Vine Yoke Cardi (available from Twist Collective). This has been an extremely popular piece and there are many, many gorgeous variations of it on Ravelry already. I, however, chose to style it for Casual Fridays at the office. A beaded cami and flowery ballet flats lend a bit of femininity to the ensemble, while a bold plaid handbag, sleek hairdo and tailored pants keep the look "together" enough for the office. If you're lucky enough to have a fashion-forward boss like I did back in my office days, you may even be able to get away with the fedora, but if not, some sort of fascinator (like this beauty) would be an excellent substitute.
